O15 Youth Program Season 2025/2026

U18 KO Cup Winners twice in 2023/24. The lads or not tired just that the sponsor's logo need to be present...

MISSION: Putting individual player development and progression at the center, helping our players fulfill their ambitions, both athletically and academically, while challenging them to perform at levels where they can compete internationally allowing them to gain access to higher education or professional football at levels beyond their current reach.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION - TO COMPETE FOR SENIOR TEAM POSITION

This period in the player's development is focused on excellence in all aspects of the player's repertoire and level of engagement, and  to make the player want to excel and to develop an innate desire to do this without the support of our organization, parents and others. This is the final step to ready the player for life beyond graduation from Bascome Football School, might it be at a post-graduate year, at a college or in a pre-professional environment.

To continue our quest to perfect and align our programs with our basic principals, the 2025/26 O15 weekly sessions will comprise of:

  • 2 SKILLS and STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING focused development sessions on Tuesday or Wednesday,
  • 2 TEAM and GAME DAY focused session on Thursday and Friday, some of them classroom sessions, leading up to the matches on Saturday.

The In-Season Program will run during the first two school terms, from early September to end of March.

The Post-Season Program will run the last school term from early April to end of June.

Each player must register for the In-Season Program. The Post-Season Program is optional, however if the player will continue to play for a school, college or professional outfit after graduation, Post-Season is a necessity.
